Sean's extensive background in real estate and business development has provided the foundation for creating a proven systematic approach to Home Staging & Real Estate Marketing.    

As a prior General Manager of Real Estate and Business Development for a large corporation right here in Montana and previous owner of a high volume real estate brokerage in Alaska, Sean takes it to the next level when it comes to value added marketing and home staging.

We are recruiting for a Staging & Marketing Assistant.  DOE this position may not require an extensive background in home staging or related fields.   While working directly with our design and staging team this person will learn our internal design process.  Professional Certification from an approved online school will be required.  CHI Home Staging, LLC will provide educational expenses upon hire.  This individual will begin to work independently on consultations and design & staging.  Must have flexible work schedule, be a motivated self starter, and help promote CHI.  This position will require you to perform in person (with client) and written consultations, to assist with staging projects, obtain certification, and assist with logistics.  Project based pay & bonuses DOE.   

We will be recruiting a lead management position who will be responsible for oversight and reporting for inventory management, furniture assembly, deliveries & returns, warehouse management, and group business promotions.  This position requires a flexible schedule, self starter, and a reliable and professional individual who can continually improve upon our process.  Compensation is DOE.

This individual will be expected to promote and help grow the business and possess a strong professional background in office management.  This individual will keep scheduling on track and communication with all staff & sub-contractors coordinated, and management of sales activities.  This is a part-time or full-time position.  Compensation is DOE.
