Occupied home staging is considered 'redesign'. While preparing your consultation report we will implement some of what you already have and compliment the redesign with some of our inventory. The results will display your home in the best light while allowing buyers to imagine themselves living there. Presentation and marketing go hand in hand.

One of our professional Home Stagers will meet on-site to gather all the details needed to complete a step by step guide that will walk you through staging your property. This process will take roughly one hour and your report will be available within two days.
Your report will provide timelines, scheduling, budgeting, layouts, and much more. We use this report as our game-plan when you hire CHI. If you wish to use this guide on your own it is yours to keep. It will be available in digital and print.

CHI Home Staging purchases new inventory from a variety of local and national furniture builders and manufacturers. We have dealer (wholesale) accounts that provide us access to more inventory and more competitive pricing.
Each of these components allows CHI to be more affordable to our customer clients, but also much more diverse in our design components. We strive to stay current and in front of what today's buyer wants to see.

CHI Home Staging is working toward in-house professional photography to reduce costs and improve on timing. We currently contract with our select local real-estate photographers which can be included in our agreement with you and/or your Realtor. Typically, photo packages will be made available to you in multiple formats within 2 days upon completion of staging.

CHI Home Staging may include promotional marketing with all completed projects. We'll boost your listing on Facebook while branding your Realtor's profile.
