The Consultation
Our professional Home Stagers will meet on-site to gather all the detail needed to complete a step by step guide that will walk you through every important detail in staging your property. This process is meticulous and usually takes roughly one hour.
Final Report
Based on the detail gathered and our consultation with you, we will produce a multi-paged step by step report that can be used for staging your property prior to listing for sale. This report will provide timelines, scheduling, budgeting, layouts, and much more. We will also customize a design board specific to your property. This board will illustrate color schemes, furniture styles, and accessories intended for your project. These boards are interactive online for your convenience. We'll use this report as our game-plan to transform your property.
